Agent Native Engineering With Cofounder/CTO
Modern software engineering is changing at a rapid pace, with new models and capabilities seemingly every single day. Developers are left frantically stitching things together in a race to increase productivity, all the while trying to prevent slop, build verification loops, and test features in parallel. At General Intelligence, we've felt this pain deeply. Our internal efforts to build an agent-first engineering culture led us to create Cofounder/CTO: the first fully autonomous engineering department. In this talk, I'll be discussing our goal to run companies fully autonomously, how we use Cofounder/CTO to automate our entire product lifecycle, and lessons learned in building a robust agent orchestration platform.
